Issue:
No labor note information. Spot-welds at the join where the apron attaches to the upper rail are not accessible without first removing the upper reinforcement bar.

Response:
  1. Motor/CCC–There will be no changes made in regards to this concern. The time allowed for this operation is adequate.
  2. ADP– Replacement time for the apron (inner fender panel assembly) is 11.4 hours. ADP provides 1.5 houss of the apron time to detach and reattach the upper reinforcement bar.
  3. Mitchell– Added labor note stating "w/Apron Reinf Removed understanding the necessity to remove apron reinf in order to access the apron welds.
Response/Correction:
The labor note informs you that you either must replace the upper rail in conjunction with the front apron or R&I the upper rail. The adds at least 3.0 hours to the task plus the non-included operations
