Issue:
Time allowance inaccurate. The time allowance that Mitchell offers (16.0) is a much more realistic allowance than the 12.0 hours Motor offers.

Response:
  • Motor/CCC –Has recognized the need for change and has added 3.0 hours to right quarter and 3.5 hours to left quarter.
  • ADP– Time allowance is the same for left and right quarters; No need for change, time sufficient
  • Mitchell –Publishes a time in which the operation can successfully be performed.
Expected Results/Change
Motor and ADP should do a time study showing additional time is needed for this operation.
