Issue:
Flawed time allowance with no labor footnote. The Lower Tie Bar can only be replaced in conjunction with the removal of the left and right side baffles or entire support. The side baffles must be removed to access the lower spot welds of the tie bar.

Response:
  • Motor/CCC – "Spot Welds Access is Blocked by Frame. Must be Replced with Support Assy. Included with Support Assy R&R." has been applied to the "Crossmember" operation.
  • Mitchell – Acknowledged the request for change. Allowance is now at 7.7hrs which includes R&R Radiator Support.
