Issue:
  • MOTOR–
        1. Has not recognized the difference between the "lift gate" and "rear door" models
        2. Does not list "tail lamp mount panel reinforcement" (part number 15667488-7)
        3. Has not recognized that "tail lamp mount panel reinforcement" must be removed to access
            spot welds on "rear door" models.
  • Mitchell–
        1. Time allowance insufficient
        2. Has not recognized the difference between the "lift gate" and "rear door" models
        3. Labor text note does not inform estimator that "tail lamp mount panel reinforcement"
            (part number 15667488-7) requires removal and/or replacement on "rear door" models.
  • ADP –Correction of typo for Cadillac Escalade "labor time"
Suggestion:
  • MOTOR–
        1. Include "labor text note" stating "tail lamp reinforcement panel" must be removed
            and/or replaced on "back door models.
        2. List "tail lamp reinforcement panel"
        3. Show time difference between "lift gate" and "rear door" models.
  • Mitchell–
        1. Include "labor text note" stating "tail lamp reinforcement panel" must be
            removed and/or replaced on "back door models.
        2. Increase time allowance
        3. Show time difference between "lift gate" and "rear door" models.

  • MOTOR (DR1GC92) Added tail lamp panel part# 15686522 (R) & 15686521 (L) with labor time of 2.0 hours and panel reinforcement part# 15667488  (R) & 15667487 (L)

  • ADP–ADP has adjusted the quarter panel replacement time for the Escalade. The quarter panel replacement times will be the same as the time for the Chevy Tahoe with the Lift-gate option. This change will be reflected on the 10/2001 CD.
