2026-1Business Operations & Management [ppt show] – rowing from the Inside Out – A panel and presentation segment showing Growth Opportunities – searching out limiting factors and improving them, not just through expansion into adjacent industries with diversification. Panelists will focus on using KPI’s, benchmarking, market insights, production measurements and financial indicators to identify opportunities and execute plans.
2025-11Business Operations & Management [ppt show] – Diversification for Collision Repair – Part 1 of a Larger Discussion- This will be the first segment of a 4-part series focused on business diversification. The first segment hosts a panel of industry experts, who will discuss defining diversification, it’s opportunities and importance in changing economies, and the different models possible. It will begin the committee’s in-depth look at the different reasons for diversification in a collision repair facility.
